Appliance Parts Depot – You may return, at your expense, any item except gas, electrical, or Special-Order parts within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be in original packaging included. Please Do not accept any damaged goods. Signing for receipt of any package is your acknowledging that the product is received in good condition.

 

The item being returned must be in the original condition you received it and in the original box and/or packaging. Please note: Items that have been USED, any attempt or signs of installation or missing the factory packaging will not be accepted for refund under any circumstances.

 

Returnable items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 

Special order Products are non-returnable.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. All requests for returning an item must be emailed to Parts@apdparts.com requesting a refund.

 

Must include.

— Name
— Address
— Telephone number
— Invoice number
— Model and serial number of equipment
— Reason for return

 

We will then provide a Return Merchandise Authorization - (RMA) The RMA number needs to be on the returned package as well as all paperwork. Returns with no RMA # will be refused. An RMA # will be provided within 1-2 business days of requesting a refund.

 

When will I refund be issued?

When we've received and processed the return, we will credit your card for the amount you paid for the item(s), plus any applicable sales tax - Minus any Applicable Associated Fee's stated above. Normally the process time for returns is 1-2 business days. Check with your Credit Card Company and/or your bank about their policies.
